Using Fieldly

Fieldly provides software tools for managing business information, quotes, jobs, invoices, payments, and related workflow. You are responsible for your account, the information you enter, and ensuring that your use of Fieldly complies with applicable law.

Your business decisions

Fieldly may help create business documents and estimates, but you remain responsible for your pricing, scope, taxes, permits, licenses, customer communications, and the accuracy of every quote and invoice you send.

Subscriptions

Paid access, trial terms, renewal terms, and billing information are presented during checkout or through the applicable app store. You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation instructions provided at purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not use Fieldly for unlawful activity, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload information you do not have the right to use. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others.

Availability and changes

Fieldly is provided as available. Features may change as the product evolves. To the extent allowed by law, Fieldly does not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
