Free trials
Fieldly Pro includes a 7-day free trial where available. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Trial eligibility, purchase flow, and renewal terms shown at checkout control.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the purchase method or account controls provided at checkout. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You will continue to have access through the end of your current paid billing period unless law requires otherwise.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable and Fieldly does not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time in a billing period, except where required by law. This does not limit Fieldly from correcting duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or other situations where a refund is appropriate.
Billing questions and disputes
For an accidental charge, duplicate charge, or billing question, contact admin@fieldlypros.com before opening a payment dispute when possible. Include the account email, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store’s refund process.
Payment processing fees
Fees associated with eligible customer card payments are separate from a Fieldly software subscription and are governed by the applicable Stripe agreement and payment activity.
