Your business data deserves care.
This policy describes the information Fieldly needs to provide its software service and how that information is generally handled.
Effective date: September 9, 2026
Information Fieldly handles
To provide the service, Fieldly may handle account information, business profile details, customer contact and job information, quotes, invoices, photos you choose to add, settings, and service activity needed to operate the app.
How information is used
Fieldly uses this information to provide and improve the service, maintain accounts, deliver customer-facing quote and invoice links when enabled, respond to support requests, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and payments
Fieldly uses service providers to support core functions such as account and workspace storage, subscription administration, and delivery of customer document links. Where you enable eligible online invoice payments, Stripe processes payment information under Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices. Fieldly does not claim to be a payment processor or to store customer card numbers.
Data choices
You can update account and business information through Fieldly. You may request account deletion through Fieldly support. Device permissions for photos and microphone features are controlled through your device settings.
Data retention and security
Fieldly retains workspace data while an account is active and may retain information where required for legal, security, dispute, or operational purposes. No website or service can promise absolute security, but Fieldly uses reasonable measures intended to protect information in its care.
Updates and contact
Fieldly may update this policy as the service changes. Questions about privacy can be sent to admin@fieldlypros.com.
